Pineapple Everyone?

Because my husband, when he picked me up from the office the other day, brought with him pineapple juice for me (yay how sweet! or should I say sour =D), I thought of writing a simple post about its benefits -based on other people's account and mine.

Pineapple juice is very rich in Vitamin C. It also contains vitamin A&B. Taken with honey, it is very good for the throat.

Now apart from Vitamin C, pineapples are rich in manganese which is a mineral needed to build bones.

Fresh pineapple juice is also said to help eliminate intestinal worms.

Some say pineapple, in fruit or in juice, is also helpful in losing weight. I couldn't really be sure if it's one of those natural fat burners, but I've heard of people who said that pineapple aided them in their weight loss programs.

And last but not the least, pineapple juice definitely helps me keep constipation away. It's actually my armor of defense against constipation, aside from papaya.
