As a follow-up to this short post about writing down goals, here's something I wanna share.
Quantify your goal. Once you have already established a goal, the next step is to quantify it. Example, if your goal is to earn more cash, think of the figures you want to come up with. Ask yourself, how much.
Or when your goal is to get promoted in the corporate ladder, note which rung in the ladder you want to go.
Quantify your goal so that you will know whether you have achieved it or not.
