I've made a list of fruits rich in Vitamins C prior to this post and here's the part 2 - the vegetable version. So here are vegetables that are good sources of Vitamin C.
- Broccoli
- Kale
- Cauilflower
- Parsley
- Okra
- Brussel Sprouts
- Turnip
- Spinach
- Squash (Summer squash: Pattypan Squash; Winter squash: Butternut Squash
- Radish
- Mustard Leaves (Greens)
- Watercress
- Sweet / white potato

i eat a lot of broccoli. i eat lots of squash in the fall and lots of potatoes in winter. i don't have any other vitamin c items to add to your list though.

Broccoli and squash are frequent visitors at my house. Interesting list.
I eat all of these vegetables. This was a good list of excellent and healthy foods.
