Sources of Vitamin C (Vegetables)

I've made a list of fruits rich in Vitamins C prior to this post and here's the part 2 - the vegetable version. So here are vegetables that are good sources of Vitamin C.

  1. Broccoli

  2. Kale

  3. Cauilflower

  4. Parsley

  5. Okra

  6. Brussel Sprouts

  7. Turnip

  8. Spinach

  9. Squash (Summer squash: Pattypan Squash; Winter squash: Butternut Squash

  10. Radish

  11. Mustard Leaves (Greens)

  12. Watercress

  13. Sweet / white potato

i eat a lot of broccoli. i eat lots of squash in the fall and lots of potatoes in winter. i don't have any other vitamin c items to add to your list though.

Broccoli and squash are frequent visitors at my house. Interesting list.
