I Need To Sweat

I’ve been having stressful days lately that I so wish I could hit the gym for once this week. Or jog around our neighborhood until my leg or feet aches from running. I guess I badly need some good anaerobic exercise to sweat out the stress from the previous days and to vent my frustrations.

Exercise, especially anaerobic exercises, has been proven to improve mental health and reduce stress levels (hence, decreasing incidence of depression, too). So I'm really wanting some time off for this. :-)
